

Now the same crashes have started to happen on the new machine. The computer was replaced by Apple at the end of December. When the the computer crashed I got the green checker box freeze with red flashes. It settled down for a short while, but then continued to crash, ending up crashing every time I played a clip. Apple had me do some resets by phone - Pram and something else. Almost immediately I started having crashes using Premiere (playing video). In November 2016 I bought a 15" MacBook Pro with the Radeon Pro 460 graphics card.

Premiere has been my editing app for 3 years. At least my Apple support guy (who also claimed not to have heard anything about this issue before today) told me he will definitely follow up on this. I just hope that this issue will be fixed very shortly since many people rely on this set up to work in a reliable way. I really don't know what to say about this. That must either mean they don't speak the truth or they are extremely ignorant to what's been reported by so many about this issue since it turned up when the first users received their machines and tried to work with Adobe software. What baffles me the most though is that when I spoke to Adobe and Apple support today, both claimed they haven't heard of this issue yet.

Again many sites and users reported that the update didn't fix their issues. Apparently Apple themselves claimed, Sierra 12.12.2 would fix any graphic issues.

Personally I havent met any Macbook 2016 owners, but from what I can tell since it came out numerous Mac and tech sites have reported about tthis issue. Yes that was me on the Adobe forum Richard. I loose part of the work I've done, it takes up time I could have spend on other project and mainly, I feel like a new 3000 euro machine shouldn't do this.Īny help here (throwing the Macbook out of my window is not an option)? Since then I've updated to MacOS 10.12.2 and have created a NEW project in Premiere (no old files were used). Now I must say, this was a project I had transferred from my old Macbook, and I read some people had the same problem with working on project that were originally made on an older Apple machine. The third time, the screen went all red, but mostly green.

So the first time I was working in Adobe Premiere on the new machine I tried exporting a project to MP4. However, I recently got a new 15 inch Macbook Pro (late 2016 model) and things are getting nasty and I'm hoping to get some advice here. Of course, sometimes when rendering you feel like your computer is about to take off, but that's about it. I've been using Adobe Premiere for ages and have never had any problems with it.
